Q: Obviously being a CEO in any industry has its fair share of challenges— Are there any that stick out to you? And how were you able to overcome them?

I was surprised by how much of it is about the people, paying attention to everyone’s feelings, emotions, morale at the office, being considerate, polite, nonjudgemental. These are all things that I find to be the most important to run a company, it’s about the people first, everything else comes second.

Q: Stay at home orders have been hard for most, but some positives have come from it. Have you found any silver lining in the face of a global pandemic for TF?

It feels like we are going through Bootcamp right now Teddy Fresh Hoodie. Feels like if you can make it through this you can make it through anything kinda vibe. We try to keep people at our office to a bare minimum of only people that have to be there and it’s been more challenging in a lot of ways but it’s also been forcing us to be ten times more focused which will be an extremely valuable discipline once the pandemic is over.
