Financial expertise and discipline are urgent need for SMEs to grow and succeed. High quality finance talent has always been attracted by large corporate and hence denied to SMEs. This has created a systemic talent void at SMEs.

We realized that the promoters of SMEs were fully focused on growing their business & required a sound finance team to help them take informed decisions. CFO Bridge founder Mr. V Srinivasan identified this systemic gap and realized that the only way to address this shortcoming is to start a platform to address this gap - a platform which can attract and retain high quality finance talent and provide to SMEs "on demand" and pay per use??? basis. He also found out that SMEs rely largely only on financial lag indicators (Traditional P&L and cash flow only) and with emerging high tech digital data analytics, there is an immediate need to equip SMEs for informed decision making backed by high quality business intelligence and data analytics team.

At the same time, it is also imperative to make this an affordable??? service for SMEs while ensuring that the platform manages the talent by paying market salary and providing great environment conducive to learning and growth.

CFO Bridge was founded in 2012, which is now a large & pan India institution dedicated to service of SMEs.
