Welcome to the "Big Red" Australian Knife Shed :) We are a small team based in Woodville North, South Australia. We are mainly focused on unique Australian Kitchen Knives based on our local native animals however we are slowly moving beyond the kitchen playing with Table knives (cheese knifes and champagne sabres), BBQ knives (steak knives for example) and many more.
