Thieves of Egypt is a popular variant of Forty Thieves Solitaire which is easier to solve with some luck and good skill.
At the beginning of the game each of the ten tableau piles are dealt different number of face-up cards. Remaining cards make up for stock pile which can be dealt to a waste pile one card at a time. One redeal is allowed.
Tableau piles are built down by alternate color. Complete or partial set of tableau cards can be moved from one pile to another. Empty tableau pile can only be filled with a King or a sequence of cards starting with King. Card from the waste pile can be played on to the foundation or tableau piles. Foundation is started with Ace and and then built up by suit.
Game can be played in usual drag and drop style. There is a feature for simple movement of a single card. Top card of any pile can be moved by single or double tap also (as configured in the settings) in addition to drag and drop style play. This checks first for a possible move to foundation piles and if it can not be played to the foundation, then a check is made for moving it to the tableau.
