You start using our free business and personal finance app as follows:
a)    Choose your currency
b)    Create all your ACCOUNTS or Sources of Finance in the real world like Banks, Loans and Credit Cards with OPENING BALANCES which can be POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE for money management. 

On doing so, all future transactions (INCOME AND EXPENSE) will affect the above ACCOUNTS or Sources of Finance. This is called double entry bookkeeping in accounting jargon and is critical for money tracking and daily record keeping.

Primary features:
1.    Diagrammatic presentation of Expenses and Income
All transactions are arranged by categories and are displayed both individually and diagrammatically using pie charts to manage finances. 

2.    Monthly Budget Planner Free
We monitor expenditure using our Monthly budget planner. If exceeded, you will be alerted accordingly to manage budgets and manage your money. 

3.    Bill Payment Organizer and bill reminder
We all have recurring costs like utilities and subscriptions etc. Our Bill payment tracker and reminder is designed to alert you as they arise to manage bills and manage your subscriptions.

4.    Reports
You can choose to designate an account as a savings tracker or simply use the net worth report by monitoring its growth or decline.

5.    PIN and Biometric access
Depending on your phones ability we have PIN access as well as Facial and Fingerprint recognition to secure your data.
 
6.    Data Export
All data can be exported to your internal storage. The reports come in CSV, Excel and PDF formats.

7.    Attach Receipts
You can attach pictures of receipts alongside entries as a reminder.

8.    Multiple Expense Entry and bill tracker
Multiple cost entry feature that allows you to post many entries at a go. This is useful when you want to accumulate receipts for future posting of home daily expenses or business transactions.
